FIRST LOOK: New café Thirty Five Stirling opens its doors

Thirty Five Stirling has finally opened in Thebarton, sporting gorgeous industrial interiors, colourful food options, and fantastic local produce.

New Thebarton café, Thirty Five Stirling, is a childhood dream come true for owner Jessica Clift, whose passion of creating a welcoming space for all has finally become a reality.

Taking its name from the address of 35 Stirling Street, the new café focuses on utilising local growers and suppliers as it takes its place within a burgeoning café scene across the inner-city suburb.

Jessica says six days of trading and an all-day brunch menu provides something fresh to the area, which until recent years, has only had a few eatery options.

“We are offering an all-day brunch menu with breakfast, brunch, and lunch available,” says Jessica.

“With the ability to source local amazing produce right at our fingertips, we have a seasonal menu with a great specials list to keep the menu fun and interesting.”

Jessica’s love for fresh produce comes from already operating in the fruit and vegetable industry as a business owner and will use this to her advantage.

Showcasing South Australian produce, whilst working with Maria Gianquitto from MGID Adelaide in the design and fit out of Thirty Five Stirling, is hugely important in her vision to create a great social spot for a diverse crowd that supports local suppliers.

Featuring arrangements from swing sets to high tables, Jessica says the quirky design elements are just some of many things that customers will come to love when dining at Thirty Five Stirling.

“We wanted to make sure we incorporated unique elements in order to stand out from other cafes in Adelaide,” says Jessica.

“The different seating options keeps the space interesting and alive while offering a welcoming feeling when you walk through the doors.”

The menu offers fun and colourful food options with amazing flavours to match. Overseen by Head Chef, Carmelina Clemente, who boasts more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, there are brunch staples as well as some more bold options to whet the appetite.

More familiar items include a fried chicken burger, eggs benedict and a cured salmon bagel, and among the wider selection, cinnamon doughnut French toast and poke bowls are noteworthy options. The café is also licensed with a range of beverages from cocktails to local beers, wines, spirits and mocktails.

Thirty Five Stirling operates Tuesday to Sunday; 7am – 4pm, and is located at 35 Stirling Street, Thebarton.
