First Look: New Cafe Who’s Fa Coffee

How do you REALLY like your coffee? This western fringe cafe is going all out to get it just how you want it.

How do you like your coffee? And no, I don’t mean do you prefer a flat white over a long black, or if you go for skim or soy milk.

How do you REALLY like your coffee?

A new cafe at Torrensville is taking coffee making to the next level, asking every single customer how exactly they want their cuppa served.

Whether it’s extra hot, super milky, smooth, or a touch cooler to drink it quickly, everyone gets their coffee served as they wish.

Run by Madi Spencer and Genna Liambis, Who’s Fa Coffee has been six months in the making so they could get their coffee right.

They start with coffee by Mitolo Roasters. They then use water that has gone through reverse osmosis to clear it, and is then remineralised to what they believe is the optimum water for the coffee. Then the team of baristas add their own personal touch.

You can get your coffee to go, or there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Really love your coffee? In the back courtyard you’ll find Who’s Fa Coffee’s ‘private coffee temple’ – an intimate meeting area complete with two 80-year-old church pews from Mitcham Church serving as seating (it seats up to 12).

The main focus is on the tea and coffee, but there’s also a short food menu with bagels, toast, or a delicious toastie with triple smoked ham, mature cheese and a Beerenberg spicy tomato relish.

Who’s Fa Coffee is at 208B Henley Beach Rd, Torrensville. Open 6am-2pm Mon to Fri, and 8am-1pm Sat and Sun.
