STRONG Pilates is set to open its fourth South Australian workout space at Tea Tree Plus Shopping Centre this Saturday, and a jam-packed first-morning schedule is in the works.
The Modbury studio will have an open day from 8am to midday where they will showcase the classes they have on offer as well as entertainment and giveaways.
STRONG Pilates has gained a national following for its low-impact exercise programs catering to a wide population spread, and Marko Muir, STRONG Modbury’s Performance Manager, says the welcoming environment provides for a range of needs.
“We look forward to STRONG Pilates joining the Modbury community to create a healthy space in line
with demand for people’s focus on health and wellbeing,” Marko said.
“We have different classes every day so it’s not repetitive, and the range of offerings will suit those
wanting a constant change up to maximise their Pilates experience.”
STRONG Pilates offers 45-minute classes with a central focus on pilates-based training, however, they also aim to work a well-rounded training regime around using resistance and endurance training.
Classes vary to specifically focus on certain areas of the body, such as your core, your legs, and your upper body, while low-impact movements remain kind on the joints. Bikes and rowing machines are also on hand to accentuate the workouts and make your experience even better.
This will be on display during the opening day celebrations, with a range of classes on offer including rowing sessions and time in between classes to ask staff questions about the program and memberships.
The open day will also feature free goodies such as coffee from Scoop and Tap, GymBod ice cream, and delicious treats from Delicia Acai Modbury.
Captured with an on-scene photographer, a DJ will be setting the tone through exercise-inspired beats and giveaways including sweat towels, two-session passes and discount vouchers for their friends at Skin Focus in North Adelaide.
