First Things First (FTF) Coffee, a name that’s become synonymous with specialty coffee and exceptional customer service in Adelaide, is gearing up to open its newest store in Holden Hill.
Scheduled for a grand launch on Tuesday, January 9, the store is set to celebrate in style, offering free drinks to all customers from 5:30am to 4:00pm.
FTF Coffee, since its inception in 2015, has established itself as a beloved brand among Adelaide’s coffee enthusiasts.

With existing stores in Enfield, Salisbury Downs, and Woodville Park, the new Holden Hill location marks a significant expansion for the brand, spreading its unique coffee experience further across the city.
James Carrigg, the Director of FTF Coffee, reflects on this expansion as a dream come true. “Opening in Holden Hill is another step towards our goal of reaching every corner of Adelaide. We’re incredibly grateful for how far we’ve come and we never take it for granted,” he says.
Carrigg attributes the success of FTF Coffee to a combination of quality products, outstanding customer service, and, importantly, the dedicated staff who have helped build a loyal customer base.
FTF Coffee is a place where customers can expect a high level of service typically not seen in such settings. Known for serving specialty coffee by Code Black Coffee Roasters, house-made toasties, and a variety of breakfast and lunch options, FTF Coffee has set a benchmark in the industry.
The brand’s mission, ‘make their day’, is evident in every interaction, from the way the staff engage with customers to the quality of the products served.
Designed with the brand’s signature architectural style, the new Holden Street store features a modern space created from three modified shipping containers, a concept that originated with their first store in Enfield.
“People can expect what they’ve become accustom to at all of our stores; a buzzing hive of activity, great food and drinks and great banter!”
