Line & Label Restaurant at Peter Teakle Wines have announced an exciting food experience that is perfect for all crab lovers. 

Introducing the Mud Crab Food Safari, and yes, it’s as good as it sounds. 

Attendees of the Thursday, 29th April event will be wowed by five mouthwatering courses, all featuring mud crab caught right in Darwin. 

Mud crab tartlet with yuzu mayo and finger lime, mud crab rangoon with chilli jam, mud crab in betel leaf and house-made kimchi, steamed Mud Crab and sweetcorn soup served with Asian bread, finishing up with whole Singapore chilli mud crab served with steamed rice and endive salad. 

The event will take place at the gorgeous Line & Label Restaurant at the pristine Peter Teakle Wines vineyard in Port Lincoln. This event is on for one night only and is definitely worth planning a trip outside the city for.
