Follow The Green Brick Road, A New Vegan Food Trail

Participating restaurants will be showcasing sensational vegan food that will enthrall even the most dubious, but v-curious, tastebuds.

With the first ever Adelaide Food Fringe kicking off in early April, we’re starting to see some of the new, creative events associated with the festival sliding in to our Facebook news feeds.

The Adelaide Food Fringe is South Australia’s 100% open access food and drink festival, created by the people for the people! To be held across the weekend of 3 – 5 April, 2020, the Adelaide Food Fringe aims to explore South Australia’s rich and diverse food and drink cultures.

One of the first events we’ve seen pop up for the festival, is The Green Brick Road, a vegan food trail.

Hosted by the folks behind Vegan Festival Adelaide, there are no tickets needed, and you can design the path you take – enjoying as many participating food joints as you like. Best of all, it’s at your own pace, so don those stretchy pants, and make the most of it.

This is the perfect opportunity to find out how diverse and delicious plant-based food can be and there are prizes to be won (see details below).

Throughout the entire Adelaide Food Fringe weekend, everyone is invited to follow the Green Brick Road – the only vegan food trail of the Festival.

It’s got you covered for breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between.

Adelaide has always been a forerunner in the food scene and now it’s capturing the growing vegan market with a fantastic range of options across the city.

Participating restaurants will be showcasing sensational vegan food that will enthrall even the most dubious, but v-curious, tastebuds. With $5 specials at many venues, you can graze all weekend and learn what all the fuss about plant based food is!

If the food isn’t incentive enough to get out there and try the compassionate culinary delights, there’s also prizes to be won!

Participants who have dined and ‘checked in’ using the hashtag #veganaff (vegan adelaide food fringe) at over 3 venues between the 3-5 April, will be in the running for some great vegan prize packs.

For more info, make sure you head over to the Facebook event for updates and more.
