The US national treasure, who was First Lady from 2009 to 2017, has been a strong advocate for girls and women worldwide and will speak publicly in Melbourne and Sydney about issues close to her heart.

Hosted by Growth Faculty, In Conversation with Michelle Obama is only on offer for two days – May 19 in Melbourne and May 20 in Sydney – and this is a rare opportunity to see the American icon work her magic on audiences Down Under.

Obama will share her remarkable life story, from her childhood in Chicago to her journey through motherhood, to her whirlwind experiences in the White House and her impact on the world as a global leader and changemaker.

As the author of four books, including her best-selling memoir Becoming (2018), the Princeton and Harvard Law graduate is widely recognised as an advocate for poverty awareness and education, inspiring people all over the globe to live better lives and do more for their communities and the less fortunate.
