A former MasterChef top 4 competitor, Jamie Flemming will be coming to Adelaide and taking over Paloma Bar and Pantry for one night and one night only.
Jamie Flemming is the owner of Spanish inspired Sherry and Jamon bar, Alba Bar and Deli located in the heart of the Brisbane CBD.
Alba Bar and Deli has only been open for 3 months and has already received national recognition for their food and drink offerings.
Jamie has also been named in the top 100 of the T25 Bartender Awards, alongside, two Adelaide bartenders from Paloma.
Jamie will be in town on August 6 to exclusively take over the menu at Paloma Bar and Pantry.
You can expect an extensive amount of dry sherry cocktails, 36 month-old aged ham cured in the traditional iberico jamon style and a funky hip hop inspired playlist curated by the man of the hour himself.
Jamie Flemming is yet another MasterChef contestant who has opened an incredible eatery and kick-started their food career after the success of the show.
MasterChef success in Adelaide includes Andre Ursini who has opened the acclaimed Andre’s Cucina and Polenta Bar, as well as Poh who owns Jamface located in the Adelaide Central Markets.
Jamie’s Alba Bar & Deli takes inspiration from the Pinxtos bars in San Sebastian serving Bocadillo and conservas.
They have also scored a second nomination from The Australian Bartender Awards for best bar food. If this doesn’t get you excited I don’t know what will.
