You know when you’re two drinks in to knock offs and you start thinking about how you’d kill for something to nibble on — but you’re trying to save your coins for dinner later — but you really, really just want a snack?

We were pretty stoked to learn The Mile End understands the struggle and is hosting Freebie Fridays until the end of January.
It’s exactly what it sounds like. Enjoy free bar snacks to go with your knock off beers, vino or gin! Make sure you get in quick though, because they’re only free from 4:30pm to 5pm. The window is small, but tasty.
You can expect classics, like party pies and spring rolls — all the good things.
Freebie Fridays also include happy hour from 5pm to 7pm, $10 cocktails from 6pm to 9pm, and DJ Stixx spinning retro vinyl tunes from 6pm till late.
And if the hunger pangs get too much to handle, you can also grab The Mile End’s Chicken Garden Salad for $18 or the Mile End Burger for $20 from 12pm to 7pm.
Next Friday also kicks off another fun promo — buy a drink and you score yourself a ticket to win a meat tray (between 4:30-6:30pm), with five to give away each Friday.
