World renowned surfer Joel Parkinson is swapping his board for a pint, to celebrate having Balter Brewing, a brewery he’s a co-founder of, at the Gilbert Hotel, on Saturday the 4th of February.
The 12 times ASP world tour winner, will be shouting patrons beers along with Scott Hargrave, Head Brewers and the team, including the very first release of Balter Pilsner in SA.
The brand was started by five Aussies and one American, including Parkinson’s lifetime mate and surfing legend Mick Fanning.
Balter Brewing was exclusively launched in South Australia at The Gilbert Street Hotel, The Unley, The Benjamin on Franklin, The Mile End and The Colonist.Beer lovers have already given it their seal of approval to Scott Hargraves beers with the Balter XPA ranking 4th in the Great Australian Beers Hottest 100 count on Australia Day.
Parko and the team will be at The Gilbert Hotel from 5pm – 7pm, this Saturday the 4th of February.
