There’s no doubt that COVID has taken a toll on the mental state of many people around the world, and now more than ever there’s a focus on mental health within our communities.

With Adelaide recently shutting down to put a stop to the current cluster in the state, many businesses have moved online, including Jayur Meditation, in a bid to support the South Australian community in a dark time.

Effective immediately, Jayur Meditation are hosting nightly live meditation sessions at 8:30pm Adelaide time on their Facebook page, and the sessions are completely free.

Running for 10 minutes, the guided meditation with Jayur’s founder Joshika Akhil will allow you to release all the tension and worries pent up following recent restrictions, or, anything in life that may be holding you back.

Following these guided meditation sessions live on Facebook, Joshika will be hosting a 15 minute sound bath experience on Jayur’s Instagram if you’re after a little more.

“During these difficult times, reaching out to our community is important and providing a space for people to connect on a daily basis is something we very much stand for too,” says Joshika.

Jayur was founded in 2016, and has since tackled the wellness industry with a core focus on delivering corporate wellness programs, dedicated to bringing mindset and self-development to the forefront of corporate wellness.
