“Fresco-bah is the sort of place you go when you want to feel good,” says Roger El-Awar.
The new, contemporary-style café sits on Pirie Street, and is designed with grab and go service in mind.
“The interior of our Naylor house location is central for offices,” says Roger. “It’s an ideal hotspot to grab your lunch in your lunch break, grab a quick coffee, and even have your business meetings.”
Roger has been in the café industry since he was a teenager, and says he has always had a passion for serving people.
“I believe that creating a good atmosphere for individuals to enjoy and trust is critical in any successful business,” he says.
“I come from a culture where food is life. When someone comes into your home you always make sure they don’t leave hungry.”
Fresco-bah’s menu features fresh, homemade food that changes on a daily basis.
Customers can expect made-to-order sandwiches, homemade meals varying from pasta to rice, and specialty coffee.
“We pride ourselves on customer loyalty, greeting our customers on a first name basis and always giving a friendly check in with them and even a chat and lots of footy banter,” says Roger.
