Adelaide’s Fresh 92.7 has announced today that Tom Holmes & Callum Leaney are teaming up with current brekky host, Lauren ‘Davo’ Davidson, permanently from Tuesday 19 April to host Fresh Breakfast.
Tom & Callum, who are no strangers to Fresh listeners, filled in for Drive over the Summer, before scoring their very own weekly Drive show, ’The Mile Drive Club’, every Friday from 3-7pm.
The boys, who have volunteered at Fresh since 2018, promise to bring that same energy and cheekiness to Fresh Brekkie.
Of their new gig, Tom & Callum say: “With Davo, we’ve managed to capture something that feels really special. Davo is quick to cut through our craziness and we believe this new brekky team will give a ‘fresh’ (no pun intended) sound to Adelaide’s mornings”.
Lauren ‘(Davo)’ Davidson, has hosted Fresh Breakfast since April 2020, after Adelaide’s Triple M picked up the previous brekky show ‘Loz & Thomo’, and says “Tom and Callum are creative, naturally funny and let me be the silliest version of myself. I adore their passion for radio and there’s no doubt it’s the most fun show you’ll listen to before 10am”.
Fresh 92.7’s Content Manager, Sophie Campbell, says “I’ve never laughed harder than in the studio, listening to these three. I knew we had something special, their chemistry and genuine friendship is something you can’t teach.”
With all three hosts volunteering at Fresh for years before scoring the gig, Campbell says “this is what Fresh is all about, providing opportunities to the youth and talent of Adelaide, to give them their moment to shine and have a voice.”

Davo, Tom & Callum will be on-air weekdays from 7am.
Along with this big news, Fresh has also announced a new weekend breakfast show, with Tayla Mezzino and Luke Hensel, ready to entertain Adelaide every Saturday from 9-11am & every Sunday morning from 10-12am.
