Fringe: A Rock Battle Festival Is Coming To Fort Glanville

For one day only, Fort Glanville in Semaphore will turn into rock central for War of the Surf and Rock Guitars.

The 18+ rock festival, which is on as part of Fringe, has a huge 10 hours of music – and they’re even firing up the canons especially for the event.

Think 60s beach blanket meets Coachella rock festival from the 70s and 80s meets This Is Spinal Tap.

The music is directed by Diva Demolition’s Sherree Newton. The guitar diva has toured with the likes of Kiss, The Dead Daisies, Motley Crüe and Thin Lizzy and has entertained troops all over the world. She’s coming back home to Adelaide to stage the event.

Acts includes Electric Mary, Gail Page, Chris Finnen, Tim Gaze, Diva Demolition, Atomic Riot, Moraygun, Shewolf, Darcee Fox, Swinging Surf Sex Gods, Cosmic Bikini, The Masters Of Sin, Mac Johnson.

There will also be craft beer and cider, other drinks and plenty of food to keep your going throughout the day.
