Adam Jacobs Presents The Dot Wot

The Dot Wot – one man’s slightly disorganized attempt to punctuate the world.

Ever wanted to know how to use a semicolon properly, or what an Oxford comma might be? Adelaide Fringe performance Adam Jacobs presents The Dot Wot will answer none of these questions, and so much more. Adam is the spiritual leader of a new cult that worships a piece of punctuation known as, The Dot, but that doesn’t mean he knows his parentheses from his apostrophes.

The Dot Wot is basically one man’s slightly disorganized attempt to take over the world,” explains Adam. “The Dot appeared before me one day, at the end of a sentence, and told me to spread the word of Dot. I can’t help thinking he could have chosen someone more… clever-er.”

The Dot Wot is not quite stand up comedy, but it’s very close. There are numerous opportunities for audience participation, and Adam needs you to help legitimize his cult. So get along, 15, 16, 17th of March, The Runt, Gluttony, and be brainwashed.
