Adding to the array of amazing food vendors delivering deliciousness to us during Adelaide Fringe, locally-owned Coco Loco pop-up stall will be a new addition to the Garden of Unearthly Delights in 2015.
Coco Loco meaning crazy coconut, came from the desire of combining entertainment with food to create a unique experience for consumers.
The stall is inspired by a Caribbean flavor, enlisted entertainment from Cuba with Rolanda Garcia Callaba. Rolanda, known as ‘Roly,’ will be putting on a dance spectacular for spectators.
The menu offers a section of crowd favourites including soft shell crab burgers, with tempura bean fries and choo chee corn as the sides, drawing inspiration from a number of different cultures including Japanese, Mexican and Indian.
The Garden of Unearthly Delights hosts a colourful array of food stalls from around the world with Coco Loco popping-up from Friday 13th February until Sunday 15th March, Monday – Thursday 5pm-1am, Fridays 5pm – 3am, Saturdays 10am – 3am and Sundays 10am – 1am.
