Fringe heats up with raunchy, adults-only, late-night circus cabarets, ‘Rouge’ & ‘Rouge Goes Rogue’

Award-winning adults-only sexy circus cabaret ‘Rouge’ returns to Fringe, bringing its late-night party show ‘Rouge Goes Rogue’ along for the ride!

This year’s Adelaide Fringe is set to host a double dose of daring and provocative entertainment that is sure to be a favourite this season for those who like their circus with an adults-only twist.

The much-acclaimed ‘Rouge’, a show that has been wowing audiences since its premiere in 2018, returns to its prime-time spot of 8 pm at The Moa at Gluttony. Running from Friday, 16th February to Sunday, 17th March, ‘Rouge’ is a non-stop celebration of the astonishing, surprising, subversive and supremely sexy in one adults-only circus spectacular!

But for night owls and thrill seekers, ‘Rouge Goes Rogue’ is Rouge’s late-night party show, also for adults only (strictly R18+), and is set to be a soiree of the sensational every Friday and Saturday night at 11 pm from the 16th of February to the 16th of March—throwing together some of the best moments of Rouge, along with ridiculous collaborations and made-up stupidity in a filthy late-night show!

Described by show creator Elena Kirschbaum as ‘Rouge, but a bit more raw and a bit more raucous’, this late-night spin-off emerged from a wild demand for more of the Rouge experience and has since carved out its niche as a must-attend late-night party show.

If you’ve ever been part of the Rouge craze or are looking to spice up your late nights, ‘Rouge Goes Rogue’ might just be the answer to your prayers! With a lineup of brand-new acts, old favourites, and a sprinkling of guest performances, it’s a one-of-a-kind mix that promises to get those sexy juices flowing.

Both the mischievous ‘Rouge Goes Rogue’ and its older sibling ‘Rouge’—which has captivated viewers from Sydney to Edinburgh and won the title of ‘Best Circus Show’ at Adelaide Fringe 2020—offer an unapologetically adult escapade that’s not only an enticing performance but a full-fledged celebration of sexuality and sensuality.

As described by the Daily Mail UK, ‘Rouge’ is ‘One badass sizzler of a show!’ with the Australian Smut Buttons stating, ‘If you aren’t turned on by this you might want to consult a physician, because you’re probably clinically dead!’

Whether you’re a seasoned ‘Rouge’ fan or a newcomer eager for a late-night adventure, these shows are guaranteed to leave you wanting more!
