Fringe Musical Feat Our Fave Movie Villains Perfect For Kids

Harley Quinn, Maleficent, Cruella De Vil, Ursula, the Joker, and many more, singing and dancing in ‘Good Is The New Bad’.

After sellout seasons in their own venue for the past two years, Star Academy Adelaide join Gluttony for the first time with their show, GOOD is the new BAD.

This show is created for kids by kids, so your kids are bound to enjoy watching this high energy, fast paced musical designed for them.

Set in an asylum for the “criminally insane”, long time inmates such as Harley Quinn, Maleficent, Cruella De Vil, Ursula, the Joker, and many more, have taken over the asylum and are demanding “all prior charges against them be dropped” or the prison staff will continue to be held hostage and fed prison gruel until their innards dissolve.

It follows Warden Fletcher, Jenni Sniff the reporter, and Bad Girl, a former villain turned good, as they try to overpower the inmates one by one and get order back into civilisation!

If you’re looking for a fun and exciting show that the whole family will enjoy this Fringe season, “Good Is The New Bad” is definitely one of your best contenders.

The show takes place at 12:45pm every weekend from Saturday, 15 February to Sunday, 1 March at Gluttony in the Empire Theatre, Rymill Park.

Tickets are $20 per person and you can get yours here.

The production is put on by Star Academy Adelaide, a family owned business headed by Jenna Boffa (Creative Director) and Kristy Burns (Principal), whose passion for entertainment, the arts and children has inspired them to create a new, innovative, and professional institute to assist children to reach their potential.
