Heath Franklin’s Chopper- The Line Up brings a comedy favourite back to the Adelaide Fringe with our lovable larrikin Chopper gracing the stage like only Chopper can: with a whole lot of swearing and beer in hand. This time Chopper has bought his mates along and no it’s not Neville Bartos. With Ivan Aristeguieta, Sammy J and Eddie Ifft gracing the stage everything from Mangos, losing your friends to children in a chirpy sing a long and the inner workings of Eddie’s marriage was discussed. Nothing was off limits, including Chopper rage filled rants about Optus and Apple.

The show lacked the usual witty comical humour that Heath Franklin brings to the Chopper character and was rather reminiscent of four blokes in a pub whinging about the price of fruit, the service they received by big companies, sex and, of course, Donald Trump.

The Line Up is a preview for what are sure to be 3 solo shows and I can attest that Sammy J’s show is nothing less than fantastic and if you are looking for International acts Ivan and Eddie are sure to make you laugh.
