This show allows some amazing gymnasts and aerialists to display their skills while accompanied by first class singers. They dance, twist and turn amongst the vivid light show that increases their impact. This show holds the attention moving from one fascinating piece to another.

The artists perform singly and in groups on specialised equipment  and impress with their grace artistry to various types of music. Using birdcage type apparatus, nets and even chains the female artists showed various feats of skill and daring. They were svelte and beautiful. Laura Wilson, Olivia Baker, Peri Kowal and Jayde Ormsby are at home twisting, tumbling and wrapping themselves in ropes, chains and nets.

The floor artists, Stephen Choiniere and Mari Saito showed a different style of gymnastic ability. With coordinated choreography their section of the performance was sensuous and displayed strength and skill. The solo male aerialist, Arnaud Caizergues (AcroArnie) was sensational. Using a suspended ring he gracefully performed many manoeuvres that had audience members holding their breath.

The pre-recorded background music was enhanced by two singers, Mark Oates and Mike Snell and this enriched the production. Oates’ marvellous voice handled the ballads with ease and the strength in Snell’s voice gave much to the faster, heavier numbers. Both added greatly to the performance. Another star was the lighting, by Jason Groves, which followed and augmented the artists’ performances.

The final piece was the four female aerialist on silks, solo and then in pairs. It was a satisfying finale for a creative and mesmerising show.
