Long term comedy genius and Fringe regular Sammy J has put together an entertaining show about how a particular event in his life lead to a path of extraordinary things, not just for him but also for his school gardener. This heartfelt story is full of laughs with moments that also pull at your heart strings and bring back memories of your own childhood heroes.

Filled with Sammy’s famous musical comedy and really cool props, this show provides a side of Sammy that we usually don’t get to see. However,  if like me you are a huge fan of his political humour, don’t despair, because that is still included in what can only be described as a really cool hat and a new love for the United Nations.

Sammy J shows never disappoint audiences and his presence throughout the year, through other avenues of comedy, have given Sammy J a loyal base of fans who are eager to see his new show. So be sure to get tickets early.

Studio 7 provides the perfect intimate venue for this show, as you feel engaged with Sammy as he tells a most personal story of his journey with the Phantom and how a federal police officer came to be in his attic.

Be prepared for the show to run over and if possible avoid booking back to back shows as the ending to this story is one you won’t want to miss. Sammy J once again has  bought an absolutely not-to-be-missed show to the Adelaide Fringe.
