A change of pace from the CBD based Adelaide Fringe 2023, Templewood’s Sunset, Strings and Soundtracks event captivated audiences for one night only.

During the wonderful experience you appreciate the idyllic and beautiful Adelaide Hills and were able to enjoy an amazing event away from the traditional Fringe environment.

With music performed by Leah Zweck’s renowned String Source Quartet, you are treated to talent unlike one you may not have heard or seen before. It was easy to see how this team has performed with the likes of Michael Buble and Robbie Williams.

With familiar soundtracks from movies like Star Wars, UP and James Bond this was a peaceful and intimate evening away from the hustle and bustle of the Garden of Unearthly Delights.

The combination of wood oven pizza and giant lawn games meant the event was much more than a musical event and created a welcoming atmosphere, like you were being invited into someone’s home.

The open-air, twilight experience was the perfect way to end the Adelaide Fringe season and we were glad we arrived early to enjoy the sun going down over the Adelaide Hills.

This event was a great way to wind down with perfect weather and views enhancing this experience that is perfect for couples and people looking to enjoy some sounds amongst the stars.

The experience was one that we hope returns to the 2024 Adelaide Fringe schedule as you enjoy your favourite movie music in a fun, intimate manner amongst a relaxed atmosphere.
