The longest-running show at the Adelaide Fringe is celebrating 25 years. Produced by Adelaide Comedy, the Rhino Room Late Show has become a South Australian institution, and this year, it’s bigger and better than ever.
Since its inception, the Rhino Room Late Show has featured over 80 comedians from across the globe, showcasing the best of the Adelaide Fringe comedy scene. The show has consistently brought together legendary old-school favourites and the freshest faces in comedy, for an ever-changing lineup. Each Friday and Saturday night during the Fringe, from 10pm to midnight, audiences are treated to a hilarious new show filled with surprises.
What makes the Rhino Room Late Show truly unique is its “never tell” rule – you never know who’s going to appear on stage until they’re introduced. This rule has earned the show a not-so-secret identity as THE place to find a homegrown comedy gala, featuring the funniest comedians in full flight. Since 2000, it’s been a place for comedy, drawing crowds with its unexpected lineups and wild energy.
