Last week, APOTECA (formerly The Apothecary) held another one of their renowned champagne dinners.
Sara Underdown, a local champagne educator & writer, APOTECA, and one of Adelaide’s leading sommeliers, Liinaa Berry (2KW + Hardys Verandah), delivered a beautiful champagne dinner ‘DINNER WITH CRISTAL’ on 18 August. It was a sold-out event for 50 people.
This was a special opportunity for guests to experience the super-prestige Cristal 2012 alongside Louis Roederer’s other excellent champagnes, accompanied by expert commentary.
