On Saturday April 13, Mitolo Wines hosted a sell-out “Of the Land and Sea” event to celebrate Tasting Australia.
Bocca di Lupo’s Head Chef, Tom Jack collaborated with Executive Chef, Asher Blackford from the Southern Ocean Lodge, Kangaroo Island.
Tom and Asher came together to create an exemplary five-course lunch in the Southern Vales that is true to their own unique styles and combined passion for foraging from the land and sea.
