Game-changing brew eBEER created by former owners of Udder Delights

Innovative beer eBEER has officially launched and is expected to shake up the beer industry both locally and globally.

If you love a frothie or two, this one’s for you. A brand new beer is making a bold, innovative statement: eBEER. This is not just any beer, but a brew expected to shake up the beer industry industry both locally and globally.

eBEER was has officially launched and this isn’t beer as we’ve known it. Brewed in the Adelaide Hills, eBEER promises to disrupt the market in a major way.

How, you ask? With its eBREWING technology, which brings together a lower-carb formula, an infusion of electrolytes, and an intensified burst of flavour.

The minds behind this invention are Saul and Sheree Sullivan, the power couple previously known for their Udder Delights cheese factory. Today, they’re the driving force behind Grünthal Brew in Verdun, a food, beverage, and tourism venue occupying the iconic spot where Grumpy’s Pub once was.

The Sullivans have always been ahead of the curve. They are driven by perfection and innovation, with flavour and first-tomarket being non-negotiable in everything they do.

Saul has a personal preference for lower carb beers (thanks to the lesser calories) and he became bored with the mundane taste of low-carb beer choices on the market and didn’t enjoy the other light alcohol options like seltzers.

“I was at the gym and had an epiphany – while taking a bathroom break between sets! I was listening to a commercial that spoke about superior tyres being manufactured specifically for e-vehicles,” he says.

“The light bulb turned on and I set about discovering how e-technologies could be used to revolutionise the beer making process to ensure that flavour wasn’t lost when carbs were lowered.”

So, he embarked on a mission to redefine beer. After tireless hours of research and numerous product tests, eBEER™ was born.

But what makes it so special? eBEER™, primarily a lager-style beer, is crafted using the eBREWING technology. The Sullivans are the first in the world to brew beer with this technology, using advanced computerised microprocessors to invigorate water molecules (water forms 95% of beer), transforming them into a molecular ‘super sponge’ which soaks up the flavours of hops, malt, and barley.

The outcome is a beer that’s robust in flavour, low in carbs and sugar, but with a mouth-watering aroma. It has a refreshing carbonic bite, hints of citrusy hops, low bitterness, and a clean, crisp, dry finish, with hints of citrusy hops and electrolytes.

“By incorporating traditional brewing techniques with innovative eBREWING technology, we get the best of both words – a lower carb product with added electrolytes that doesn’t require you to sacrifice flavour, mouth feel or aroma – and, in our opinion, the most exciting beer on the planet,” Sheree says.

Scientific tests from an accredited research institute confirm the eBREWING process enhances the flavour profile of the beer by 18%. This means that every sip of eBEER™ offers a richer, more intense flavour than other leading low-carb beers.
