Gamers rejoice! The world’s largest eSports company is bringing their first ever live event to the big screen with top players & exclusive content for gaming enthusiasts.

The world’s largest eSports company, ESL, is bringing their first ever live event to the big screen, capturing live gaming with top players, guest appearances by famous eSports personalities, a Q&A in front of a live studio audience, and other exclusive content designed for gaming enthusiasts.

The first live event in the eSports in Cinema series will hit Hoyts Norwood and Event Cinemas Marion for two nights only, on 22 & 23 July. Called All Work All Play, the live broadcast will be distributed by Sharmill Films and be accompanied by a documentary feature on ESL’s elite pro gaming tour, the Intel® Extreme Masters.

The documentary, by filmmaking team Christine O’Malley and Patrick Creadon, features top players and eSports personalities, and offers a never-before-seen look at the world’s fastest growing sport.

Featured prominently is a behind-the-scenes look at the planning and production of Intel® Extreme

Masters, the longest running global pro gaming tour in the world.

The eSports in Cinema series will continue with future events from August. Each will feature original programming centred on the biggest celebrity gamers, top eSports teams, lead players throughout the world, celebrated eSports commentators, and legendary Hall of Famers.
