Yum Cha is a traditional Cantonese brunch option that involves delicious options such as Chinese tea and dim sum. Yum Cha involves enjoying small portions of steamed, pan-fried, or deep-fried dim sum dishes served in bamboo steamers, these dishes are designed to be eaten communally and washed down with hot tea.
Guests can look forward to choosing between two packages that cater for two for their lunch in the sun, both of which boast an impressive selection of homemade delights for the ultimate Yum Cha experience.
Those with dietary requirements will also be catered for as there is a delicious vegetarian package available including mushroom bao, vegetarian dumplings and a mango pudding dessert to finish off an incredible feast.
