World Vegan Day is upon us (November 1), and Gelatissimo is getting involved by releasing a new vegan flavour of ice cream.
You may have a sneaky suspicion that it has something to do with nuts. Well you guessed correctly, because almonds will be the feature nut in this nutty dessert – Vegan Almond Sorbet.
Made using almond milk with a dairy-free, chocolate swirl, cacao nibs and toasted almonds, the flavour was created to cater for the rising popularity of a vegan diet and superfoods. As well as the growing rate of Australians searching for dairy and guilt-free desserts that not only taste amazing, but use nutritious and natural ingredients.
The Vegan Almond Sorbet will be available for the full month of November or until stocks last. But never fear, Gelatissimo has their usual vegan sorbets on offer too including Forest Berries, Mango, Lemon, and 96% Sugar Free Chocolate.
