Now, a once in a lifetime James Bond experience is hitting the shores of South Australia for one night only.
Concertworks presents the Australian concert tour of The Music of James Bond with Australia’s original James Bond 007, George Lazenby, this September.
George Lazenby, who starred as James Bond in On Her Majesty’s Secret Service (1969), will lead an unforgettable night of music, accompanied by conductor Nicholas Buc and the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra.
Bonnie Anderson (Neighbours, SAS, winner The Masked Singer and winner Australia’s Got Talent) and Luke Kennedy (The Voice Australia, Jesus Christ Superstar, Swing On This) will also be the sensational vocalists performing on the night.
This will be the first time in 60 years that a James Bond actor has appeared live in a concert tour featuring the music from the James Bond movies.
From the iconic James Bond Theme by British Composer Monty Norman to the eleven Bond soundtracks composed by John Barry, guests will be able to be immersed in James Bond songs which are every bit as irresistible as 007 himself.

On Her Majesty’s Secret Service (1969) was George Lazenby’s first film appearance after beginning his professional career in modelling. The film also served as the directorial debut of Peter R. Hunt, who went on to direct Gulliver’s Travels in 1977.

George Lazenby, despite only appearing in one Bond film, did have the opportunity to star alongside one of the most captivating Bond girls, Diana Rigg. Rigg went on to play Olenna Tyrell in Game of Thrones.
