Georges on Waymouth is hosting an unmissable food and boutique wine degustation

Martin Moran from Mordrelle Wines will be presenting his handcrafted wines paired with a five course meal crafted by the team at Georges on Waymouth.

Winemaker Martin Moran from Mordrelle Wines is bringing his delicious wines to Georges on Waymouth for an unmissable event this Friday 25 September.

Mordrelle Wines is a family-owned boutique wine producer based in the picturesque town of Hahndorf.

On the night, Moran will be presenting his handcrafted wines paired with a five course meal crafted by the team at Georges.

You will get to try Mordrelle Wines 2017 Chardonnay, 2019 Pinot Noir, 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018 Malbec, and their award-winning 2014 bottle-fermented and disgorged on demand Sparkling Blanc de Blancs.

The menu will feature a selection of Gazander Coffin Bay oysters, negroni cured ocean trout, house-made potato gnocchi, George’s signature lamb press and a delectable chocolate cremeux.

For entertainment on the night, rumour has it that Moran might even bring in his guitar to strum a few chords to showcase his Argentinian roots.

The price of this unmissable night is set at $125 per person, which includes five wines and five courses of food. Payment is required at time of booking.
