Seacliff Beach Hotel is serving up a Mega KFC Plate as August’s food challenge. The massive meal includes 2kg of fried chicken in three ways – Korean chicken tender, buffalo wings and satay skewers served with crispy chips, slaw, ranch dressing and Korean chilli sauce.
With the anticipation of Cluck Yeah – South Australia’s only food festival dedicated to fried chicken returning to Adelaide this November – we have something to tide us over till then.
The Seacliff is now famous for its monthly food challenge antics, with last month seeing a 1.5kg of Marinated Chicken & Lamb with 2kg of Chips topped with a mountain of BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, chilli Sauce & garlic sauce.
