Crab Carnival is back at Sean’s Kitchen with the crew serving crustaceans and champagne to visitors until 2 April.
Back with a splash, you can satisfy your craving for all things crab with a range of dishes designed to delight your tastebuds.
Available for the remainder of Mad March until early April, you can get your fill of these tasty morsels and enjoy an experience that is bound to get a little messy!
Get your claws into limited edition, signature dishes that are available for lunch and dinner.
On Tuesday nights, you can get stuck into the Louisiana Crab Boil, featuring steamed blue swimmer crab with corn on the cob, potatoes and chorizo. Bring your own bib for this one!
If you like it hot and want to spoil yourself, the team are dishing up Chilli Crab every Thursday night and for an extra $18 you can enjoy a glass of Veuve Clicquot.
With an extensive range to choose from, you can enjoy dishes like the Soft Shell Crab Roll and the Spanner Crab with polenta, corn and jalapeño salsa.
We think you don’t have to look any further than the main event!
The King Crab Spaghetti will have you drooling before the plate hits the table as you enjoy flavours of chilli, parsley, garlic and lemon.
The aromas of the Spanner Crab and Prawn Ravioli are unreal with the saffron enhancing the dish to elevate it to a supreme offering for customers dining at Sean’s Kitchen.
In saying all this, do yourself a favour and order the Blue Swimmer Crab Mac and Cheese, you will thank us later.
