Things are about to get deliciously messy! Sprout is hosting a chilli crab and beer pop-up at the Central Market.
They’ll be cooking up South Australian blue swimmer crabs, with a chilli tamarind sauce, noodles, herbs and lime.
It will be $20 per serve, and you can grab Pirate Life beers to match. Then grab your crab bib and cracker, and get into the good stuff.
The pop-up is on Friday October 5 from 11am–9pm, and Saturday October 6 from 10am–3pm, and is running as part of the Adelaide Central Market’s Seafood and Sounds festival.
You can buy the crab and beer on the day, but last year it sold out so this time around you can also pre-order (just head here to order).
Sprout will be at stall 8 at the market, which is just across from the Kangaroo Island Stall.
