Get Set for Beer & Bubbles In The East End

East End Cellars are putting together one hell of a shindig with some friends, some beers and some bubbles this November.

Following a ‘sell out’ last year, Adelaide’s East End will again host ‘Beer & Bubbles’ a laneway event that showcases the best South Australian sparkling wine, cider and craft beer together with some international Champagne favourites.

On Saturday, November 12 between 12pm and 5pm, Vardon Avenue will be transformed into a showcase of our states brewers and wine makers.

Event Director, East End Cellars’, Michael Andrewartha said: “Our home grown sparkling wines are nothing short of impressive, their international awards speak for themselves. We have some of the world’s best brewers right on our door step. We want to showcase this world of talent at a special tasting event.”

Some of this year’s brewers include the international award winning Prancing Pony (who make the best beer in the world) Mismatch and Hawkers. Champagne and sparkling wines on show include Arbeaumont (yes, it’s actual champagne and an Adelaide company too!), Simon Greenleaf and Pol Roger.

Tickets are $35 which gives you entry to the event and a glass for tasting. You are then free to taste any of the beers (over 50 of them), bubbles and ciders being poured. If you taste something that knocks your socks off, and would like more than a taste – you can purchase tokens on the door to purchase a full pour.

Delicious street style food will be on offer from Nola, Mothervine, Soi 38, East End Cellars and the about to be opened Iberia. It is the ultimate way to spend a Saturday afternoon in Adelaide’s East End.
