Star Academy is an Adelaide-based performing arts studio that aims to “instil confidence, develop self-esteem, and build life-long friendships” for its young clients.
The academy hosts dance, singing, acting and acrobatics classes, and it organises kids birthday parties that can have a pre-set theme ranging from pirates to JoJo Siwa, or a customised theme.

The Christmas Activation Show
When: Monday, December 21 and Tuesday, December 22 from 10am – 4pm
Where: Gawler Place Canopy in Rundle Mall
What to expect: The young performers will showcase their dancing, acrobatics, and singing skills in their Christmas Activation show. Attendees can take photos with a variety of Disney princesses, make Christmas-themed arts and crafts, interact with ballerinas and learn all about the company. There’s even a chance to enter into their giveaway competition!
Fun Foodland Informational
When: Wednesday, January 13 from 10am – 4pm
Where: Norwood Foodland
What to expect: Visitors can meet and take photos with the Star Academy Disney princesses, and learn more about the dance studio and its kids parties.
Open Day!
When: Sunday, January 17 from 11am – 4pm
Where: Star Academy, 100 Grote Street
What to expect: Star Academy’s Open Day involves studio tours, free pizza and coffee, performances, and a chance to meet the teachers and staff. This is a great opportunity to visit the academy and get involved!
