The Royal Adelaide Show is officially over for another year.
More than just show bags and rides, The Royal Show is a chance for South Australia’s agricultural community to showcase what they do to the wider community – one of which is the Horticultural Display.
This year, a hoard of winning plants were on display for the public as well as competition judges, but what happens once the show is over? That’s where you come in.
Many of the gorgeous greenery will need a new home so all this week, they will be on sale to the public for ridiculous prices TODAY!
From smaller garden vegetables and ferns to camellias, daffodils and natives, there is something for every budding plant enthusiast at this sale, but be quick! It’s first come, first serve!
Keep in mind, the plants have been kept inside for the past two weeks and will need a little extra lovin’ to revive them back to full health.
This year’s feature flower for the display was Cacti & Succulents, which make the perfect choice for new plant parents or those who are anything like me and don’t quite have a green thumb.
Not only will you score yourself some bargains, you’ll also be able to take home a piece of the Royal Show, a historic one at that, and be reminded of all the good times had.
When: Tuesday 12th Sept 8am – 2pm
Where: Adelaide Showground – North Goyder Pavillion – Park & enter via Rose Terrace Car Park #1
