Getaway: Glamp in a hexagonal bubble in the Coonawarra

We’ve found a hexagonal glamping tent in the stunning wine region of the Coonawarra.

When you’re looking for accomodation you probably assume the space will be a rectangular shape, maybe even a square or maybe even a tent shaped triangle, but the one shape I’m guessing you’re not thinking it’ll be is… hexagonal.

We’ve found a getaway that is exactly that in the stunning wine region of the Coonawarra.

The property is called Coonawarra Hex Bubbles 3 and is a stunning escape 6km from iconic winery, Yalumba’s Menzies Vineyard Retreat & Wine Room.

During your stay you will be treated to a Full English/Irish breakfast.

Getting there is pretty simple with the nearest airport being Mount Gambier Airport which 51km from the property or it’s about a four hour drive from Adelaide.

This tented accomodation is certainly glamping with a large double bed and an attached bathroom so no need to brave the cold in the middle of the night trying to find the toilet.

For more info and to book, check out Coonawarra Hex Bubbles 3 here.

Find the property at 242 Comaum School Road, 5277 Coonawarra, Australia.
