Get back to basic with this glamping experience that overlooks the incredibly lush vines of the McLaren Vale wine region
Set atop a secluded hill, guests can sit back by the open fire pit and sip on local wine while they watch the kangaroos hop across the valley.
This glamping experience offers an opportunity to get back to nature in a beautiful and cosy bell tent.
The tent sits in the middle of 10 acre block of bush and farm land.
There are two tents for you two chose from. Privacy won’t be an issue as the tents are 250 metres apart, and in this piece we’re focusing on Tent One.
The tent comfortably house two guests with a luxurious queen bed. There is the option to sleep four if one couple is happy to sleep on a mattress on the floor.
Guests are given cutlery, crockery, glasses, a wine bottle opener, insect repellent spray, and a washbowl and jug (full with water) with two hand towels and soap.
The outside bathroom consists of a non-flushing dry drop toilet with a handwashing basin, camp shower and a mirror.
Unfortunately there is no running water, but guests are given drinking water and water to use for cleaning on arrival.
While there, guess can explore the property via foot or use it as a basecamp to explore the greater McLaren Vale region.
