Giant Ferris Wheel Returns To Glenelg In Time For Summer Sunsets

If the weather this week is anything to go by, summer is on its way — which means all the good summertime stuff is coming too.

Like this giant ferris wheel setting up in Moseley Square, giving you an impressive bird’s eye view over Glenelg!

The SkyLine Ferris Wheel is the country’s tallest travelling, portable observation wheel, and it’s heading back to Glenelg from November 22.

The wheel is currently being constructed in the square, and once complete, will stand at a massive 35 metres high.

It has 24 full rotating gondolas, that will offer 360 degree views, whatever the weather.

And you won’t be able to miss it at night, with 9000 lights illuminating the wheel.

The wheel will be open November 22 to February 23 and will run 9.30am to 10pm daily.

Tickets starting at just $10 per person, or $30 for a gondola (which holds up to 6 people, including all small children)!

You can purchase tickets onsite from 22 November or online booking online is available at:

Tickets purchased at either location are valid for use at anytime during the ferris wheel’s time in Glenelg!
