The ever-popular Ginza Japanese Restaurant on Unley Road is stepping things up a notch with a new addition to their menu. From next Friday February 20th, they’ll be launching the Wagyu Shabu Shabu (Japanese hotpot) together with a seafood buffet.
Ginza has had Wagyu Shabu Shabu hotpot on the menu previously, and it had been quite popular among customers. Since the season is changing soon, many customers have asked them to bring it back. And really, who needs an excuse.
Ginza was the first Japanese restaurant in SA to offer the Shabu Shabu hotpot, and it’s still the biggest one on offer.
Besides the selection of quality meats and vegetables , the seafood buffet features a wide array of seafood; oysters, prawns, blue swimmer crab, mussels, sashimi and sushi. It is perfect feast for Japanese food lovers, especially seafood lovers.
This new offering will substitute their Japanese BBQ on every Friday and Saturday.
