Gin lovers, this one is for you. Glen Ewin Estate is bringing its annual Gin Fest back to the Adelaide Hills this June, transforming its historic Pulpshed into a full-day celebration of local distillers, tastings, music and party-ready energy.
Taking place on Saturday 6 June 2026, the event will run from 11.30am to 7pm at Glen Ewin Estate, giving guests the chance to sip their way through a line-up of South Australian gin makers while soaking up the atmosphere of one of the Hills’ most recognisable venues.
Set inside the rustic 183-year-old Pulpshed, Gin Fest 2026 will bring together distillers including Pot & Still, Five Eleven Distilling, Frankly Gin, Heaps Good Spirits and Storytellers, each pouring their own creations and sharing the stories behind the botanicals, flavours and techniques that make each bottle unique.
Guests will receive a tasting card to present at the stalls, with one tasting available per distiller, as well as a wristband for entry. From classic styles to modern infusions, the event is designed as a discovery-style experience, making it a chance to find a new favourite gin, chat directly with the people behind the labels, and take home a bottle from the retail bottle shop.
As the day continues, the mood will shift from relaxed tasting session to full celebration, with Entertainment Adelaide bringing music, dancefloor energy and party vibes to the Pulpshed. No glass will be permitted at the event, with guests able to pre-purchase a polycarb cup, bring their own, or buy one on the day.
For those wanting to make more of the afternoon, the VIP Cocktail Party will run from 12pm to 2pm, featuring a live acoustic musician, roaming canapés and a two-hour Gatehouse drinks package. The VIP experience includes a cocktail on arrival, beer, wine and soft drink, with canapés including pulled pork sliders with pickled cucumber and kewpie, vegetable spring rolls with sweet chilli, and homemade chicken sausage rolls with tomato.
Food will also be available to purchase throughout the day, with grazing boxes available to pre-purchase with tickets. These can be collected between 11.30am and 2.30pm, making them an easy option for those planning to settle in for an afternoon of tastings and entertainment.
While gin will be the hero of the day, the event is just as much about bringing people together in a spectacular Adelaide Hills setting. Whether you are a long-time gin fan, keen to try something new, or simply looking for a lively day out with friends, Glen Ewin Estate’s Gin Fest 2026 is set to be a spirited celebration from the first pour to the final song.
