Guests of the spring soiree will be greeted with a glass of Glen Ewin’s Gatehouse Sparkling Brut on arrival, setting the tone of the luxurious afternoon. Unwind on the stunning lush lawns of the Glen Ewin Estate as you enjoy the delicious High Tea surrounded by the bountiful and beautiful Adelaide Hills scenery.
Indulge in delicious sausage rolls and finger sandwiches fit for a Queen, filled with delightful combinations of salami and cream cheese and the classic cucumber concoction, all prepared by culinary genius and Head Chef, Jason Theng.
As for sweets, satisfy your sweet tooth on an array of homemade desserts, including a house baked cheesecake, topped delicately with balsamic figs, macaroons and freshly baked scones – perfect for lathering with Willabrand fig jam and vanilla cream.
