The Glenelg Sunset Markets have made their return for another fantastic summer of all things food, drink, entertainment, and shopping!
With the summer weather now in full swing, the upcoming sunset markets are the perfect excuse to head down to the beach, soak in the evening sun, and shop directly from local artisans and producers. In the 2024/2025 summer season, there are four upcoming markets kicking off on Sunday, January 19th, from 2:00pm to 8:30pm, and then Sunday, February 9th, at 2:00pm to 8:30pm, Sunday, March 9th, at 2:00pm to 8:00pm, and just in time for Easter on Sunday, April 13th 2025, at 11:00am to 6:00pm.
With over 100 stalls at these markets, attendees have the perfect opportunity to browse everything from handmade ceramics, candles, skincare, fragrance, homewares, clothing, and more. Plus, with food vendors on site, make an evening of it and enjoy a bite to eat while you browse.
Whether you are looking for the perfect gift, something to spruce up the house, or just want something different to fill an afternoon, look no further!
This season we have already seen two markets in November and December. These markets saw a huge lineup of amazing local businesses set up stalls and showcase their products. At November’s market, we saw gins from local distillers, Threefold Distilling, and delicious doughnuts, cookies, cupcakes and more from Wild Flour Creations in Grange, Leeroy’s cookies, and Chocolate and Co.
At the last market in December, Life Lemonade was serving up fresh lemonade and Fudge Lovers had a huge lineup of gourmet fudge.
These events are also dog-friendly and have local musicians playing all day long, making for the ultimate atmosphere.
You can find the Glenelg Sunset Markets across various dates this summer in Moseley Square, Glenelg.
