The show must and will go on as Gluttony today lifts the red curtain on its sensational 2022 season.

The highest ticket selling venue in Adelaide Fringe for back-to-back years, Gluttony is this year home to 140 shows across 14 venues and its footprint in Rymill Park/Murlawirrapurka has expanded once again.

Gluttony co-owner and director, Daniel Michael said: “In 2022, we have an exciting injection of new shoes, a selection of our own produced and co-produced shows and favourites returning. We are thrilled to release a program that champions Australian artists.”

Box office hits to return include Hot Dub Time Machine, Groover Terminator, 27 Club, Matador and Blunderland.

Other returning crowd-favourites have this year diversified and created off-shoot shows set to please. Among these include the team behind Rouge in their new show Rogue Goes Rogue and Matt Hale’s Clubnosis experience.

Live music is back, and Gluttony celebrates this with a host of outstanding new and returning acts from Beatle’s inspired Classical Mystery Tour to Stewart Reeve: Chameleon, 27 Club and homegrown star, Hugh Sheridan.

You’ll never go hungry at Gluttony with over 20+ food and beverage vendors across two dedicated food markets. New vendors set to quickly impress include Lukoumades, 48 Flavours, Taco Cartel, Mr Chow and vegan ice-cream, Sassi.

The Buggy Bar will also be making the rounds of Rymill Park during peak crowd times.

Gluttony is committed to ensuring a safe experience for all.

Mr Michael said: “We have made the decision that audiences and visitors to Gluttony, as well as our staff and artists, need to be double vaccinated to enter.

We hope this will ensure the safety of our guests and give artists the best chance to sell as many tickets as possible after what has been a trying two years.”

Extensive COVID-19 safety measures have been taken including multiple entrances, new ways for patrons to move through the site and QR codes. Masks will also be required for those aged 12 and over unless drinking, eating, or performing in closed air venues during shows.
