With less than three months until one of Adelaide’s most popular charity golf days, Chip in for Calvary Golf Day organisers are looking for generous donations to help the Marry Potter Hospice.
So far the generosity and support of local Adelaide businesses taking part in the day on Friday 23 October at the Grange Golf Course has been overwhelming but there can always be more done to support such a fantastic cause.
“In our economic climate, raising funds for local charity, is getting tougher and tougher. As a committee, we’re thrilled to have the continued support of all our 2015 sponsors who have shown their dedication and commitment to the cause and have come on board with us again this year to support The Mary Potter Foundation and the Hospice,” said Jenny Hurley, Chair of the 2015 Golf Day Committee.
“The event is more than just a golf tournament, it’s time out of the everyday work routine and most importantly it’s about knowing that each team is raising vital funds to help upgrade patient rooms at the Mary Potter Hospice. We are incredibly grateful to the committee and all of the wonderful local businesses who continue to support the event each year,” said Cathy Murphy, Executive Director, The Mary Potter Foundation.
The 2015 Chip in for Calvary Golf Day proudly sponsored by Coopers, CUB and West End will take place on Friday 23 October at Grange Golf Course.
