Formerly a Vietnamese cuisine go-to, a Pennington lunch spot is turning into a burger and juice bar.
It’s goodbye to Mama Pho, but a hello to Burgertory Flip and Juice Bar.
Burgertory will be a space of quirk, from the eye catching mural by South Australian artist and muralist, Azzy, that spans an entire wall, to the fun menu.
The slew of burgers will be made with Burgertory’s in house minced meat, making them far fresher when they enter your mouth.
The Burgertory will also be championing cold press juices with a menu full of different juices and fresh fruit milkshakes.
Small bites will also be on offer with chicken wings, jalapeño poppers, and other smaller treats on offer.
Best of all, the Burgertory will be a great go-to for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free dietaries.
The Burgertory will be opening on Tuesday 20 October. While the venue can only fit 10 people as a result of COVID-19 restrictions, more space is expected.
