You know a product has nailed a concept when your staff are smuggling it out of your office.
Forget stealing stationary, the girls at the Glam Adelaide office spied the box of Gordon’s Gin & Ocean Spray Ruby Red Grapefruit and that was the last I saw of it.
Apparently it was a hit at one of my staff member’s engagement party, and those from the Gin fraternity approved. Considering their attention to detail and usual demands (think fresh lime, cucumber slices and ice) I was surprised that a pre-mix would have satisfied their cultured palates, but satisfy it did. I’m guessing they only wished it was a little warmer so they could sit outside and really make the most of its refreshing taste.
I’m 8 months pregnant, so will have to wait a little longer before I can sample the cocktail myself, but believe me, it’s on the list alongside soft cheese and oysters.
