Gospo Collective is back in style with a glamorous jazz show

Jazz lovers – this feel-good, vibrant show will take you on a trip down memory lane and leave you bopping all the way home.

For the first time since the 2020 Adelaide Fringe, the award-winning Gospo Collective are back with a brand new jazz show.

Nationally acclaimed choral director Charmaine Jones alongside Gospo and ensembles from her renowned education programs will be orchestrating this fabulous event.

Titled The Jones Songbook, it will be a 75-minute concert held in the top room of the Arkaba, including performers from the sell out seasons of Jackson Vs Jackson (2019), Jukebox Chorus (2020) and Superstar ‘The Carpenters Story’ (2019).

You can expect a night filled with high-energy performances and beautiful choral renditions of jazz you’ve always known and loved. To make the jazz club a complete relaxation experience, there is also cabaret style seating and all things old world glamour.

Jones is looking forward to supporting vocalists and connecting with her community through a vibrant showcase of traditional jazz live music.

“This show will make you leave happy and wanting to dance and – although physically restricted – your heart will dance free to the wonderful music we have created,” said Jones.

The Jones Songbook is suitable for the entire family.
