With their new store set to open at 86 Pirie Street in mid-April of 2022, the new Cheekies Hot Chicken is set to pack a punch for all those hungry lunchtime and dinner urges.
With Cheekies already slinging out hot, chicken goodness at Rundle Street’s BRKLYN, the new establishment will be surrounded by choice on the popular foodie strip that houses Oggi and Abbots & Kinney on Pirie Street.
But, if you really like your chicken hot, this is the joint to hit up.
A lot of the time you’ll order a hot seasoned burger and it won’t live up to the heat hype. Cheekies can set your tastebuds alight with their Super Hot coating.
Super Hot is coated in a spice blend of Reaper, Ghost Pepper and Habanero. If you think you can handle it then book in to do their spice challenge.
Looking for something a little on the cooler side, but still with a bit of kick? Don’t sweat it, Cheekies will have you covered with a range of heat levels available.
With a menu stacked with choices like, spicy chicken strips, Mac ‘n’ Cheese sides and cool thick shakes available to drown out the heat, Cheekies looks like the place to be for a filling dinner date.

The starting team has been announced, but more staff members will be needed. It’s also an excellent opportunity for hospitality workers looking to get away from night shifts as the new location will be heavily lunch focused.
